pale in comparison to the fine hand work and care that you put
into each and every detail of the saddle. This saddle glows
with the pride of your skill and talent. You paid close
attention to every tedious detail such as the dye and leather
preparation, brass hardware, custom hand tooling and the
“shamrock theme” that you created to make it even more special
to me.
I really appreciate the tradition you so carefully preserved
in the character of the saddle and rigging. This is a truly
functional work of art, from the half-seat saddle to the
matching rifle scabbard, pouch, reins and chaps. Did I say
it’s also darn comfortable?
I know I owe you more money than I pad for this beautiful
outfit - and in time I will find the right way to say thanks.

In all
custom orders of products other than saddles, full payment
confirms order.
On
saddle orders, ½ payment will begin saddle construction,
other ½ due prior to delivery.
In event
of cancellation for any reason down payment will be refunded
with the exception of material already purchased. All
payments are due within 10 days of notification unless other
arrangements are made.
In the
event of a return, all initials, brands or other
personalized marks on the saddle will be pro-rated and the
cost of replacing these parts of the saddle will be deducted
from the customer’s refund.
Any
saddles showing any wear or abuse will also be pro-rated.
Shipping
and handling cannot be refunded.
Returned
checks are subject to a $50 service fee.
We
reserve the right to hold delivery of any products until
payment clears.

All
quoted delivery dated are tentative depending on
unforeseeable or unpredictable event.
We do
our best to build products as safe as possible, however
since we have no control over how these products might be
used, we cannot accept responsibility for accidents or
damage caused during use of our product.
